Our cabins, located in the midst of breathtaking natural beauty, provide an intimate and cozy atmosphere for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.
These two fully insulated American-style cabins both have what you need (hot shower, sink, mirror, high-speed Wi-Fi, microwave, refrigerator, air-conditioning, heat, television, comfortable beds, sheets, blankets, and more). Outside, each cabin has it's own covered picnic table, sink, grill, water, and prep area. A central fire pit is shared between the two cabins if someone else is there. Both also share the lighted swimming pool and palapa, and picnic areas.
Our guests have access to a variety of activities near the site, including hiking, bird watching, and exploring the cascades & park. Tres Palmas is easy to find. Only 45 minutes from Monterrey Centro, we are just below Cola De Caballo Cascade Park, adjacent to us just above. You can walk to the park entrance just 1km from us.

Common Areas (shared except in whole Quinta rentals)
Utilizing cool mountain-filtered natural water (which is actually drinkable), we further filter and treat it for great swimming, incorporating 3 new cascades of our own at Tres Palmas. The stepping pool above is suitable for small children* at the base of a cascade with 1m fall from a tiny mountain pool. The main pool is 5m x 8m (spacious), with depth varying from 75cm at the stairs on the shallow end down to 2.3m at the deep end! The infinity edge pool falls into a lower pool for a large cascade sound and atmosphere unlike any other. Come and cool off in the elevated mountain air, take the cold plunge for yourself, and don't miss out!

Lighted Swimming Pool with Cascades & Tree Lights
Palapa with Large Table & Seating
Have your party here! and enjoy the lights, lighted pool, cascades, and all the spaces around your cabin. The sound of the water will rehabilitate you. A great place for a small event or a family get-together.
Fire Pit with limited Seating
Enjoy roasting your hot dogs, marshmallows, hamburgers, barbecue, or just stare into the fire at night, it's up to you! Bring your own charcoal and wood. (We can provide a good amount of firewood for your group for 600pesos). Note: Wood cabins each have exclusive use of the nearby two separate cooking units (parilla,sink,workspace,table,chairs,lawn each). The firepit is courteously shared and some cooking can occur there as well. After a swim or hike, Provecho!
Extra Bathrooms & Showers
For larger groups who rent the entire Quinta, these extra facilities will be very helpful and available. Extra bathrooms, showers, especially for campers and party guests.
Ample Parking
Secure inside our fenced perimeter, lighted and with neighborhood support as needed, Tres Palmas will give you peace of mind. If weather conditions prove difficult, we have alternate parking for extra cautious guests. All kinds of cars can drive to Tres Palmas, so it's more about driver confidence. We will help and accommodate you no matter what! See you on the mountain.
